Electronic music festival Sophie debuts in Spain
With artists such as Paul Kalkbrenner, Seth Troxler and Luciano, the series of 40,000 selections will take place over nine consecutive Sundays from July 3

The new electronic music festival Sophie will debut this summer in Malaga, Spain.
The 40,000-cap outdoor event will run from noon to 2 a.m. on nine consecutive Sundays from July 3 to August 28, with opening day headlined by German musician, DJ and producer Paul Kalkbrenner.
Luciano, Jamie Jones, Seth Troxler, Apollonia, Damian Lazarus and Enzo Siragusa are other artists who are expected to appear during the series in Torremolinos. Emerging underground artists such as Traumer and Chris Stussy will also be present.
